Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at Reko Diq SITE, Balochistan. This role involves supervising site electrical operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards in a challenging mining environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering (mining/heavy industries preferred).

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HV, MV, and LV electrical systems.
• Experience in managing electrical teams & supervising site activities.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Experience in inspection, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at remote mining sites and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site electrical operations with focus on safety & efficiency.
• Manage subcontractors and technicians on-site.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Review & interpret electrical plans, drawings, and technical docs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and work performed.
• Support procurement by reviewing technical specs & verifying deliveries.
• Provide guidance & training to junior staff.
